Alfred 'A C' 'Buddy' Rogers, 67, of Arlington, TN went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, March 11, 2018. He was a 1968 graduate of Westwood High School and
joined the Air National Guard where he became an aircraft mechanic and retired after 25 years. After his retirement in the Air National Guard, Buddy went to work as a lead aircraft
mechanic for FedEx which he did for 26 years. He loved to read, especially his
bible, and spending time with his family.
Buddy was preceded in death by his parents and two sisters. He is survived by his loving wife of 50 years, Sandra K. (Foster) Rogers, one son Alfred Cody Rogers (Kim), one sister Kathryn Sircy, and three grandchildren, Anthony, Camden, and Lillie Rogers. The family received friends from 12:30 PM until service time at 2 PM on Thursday, March 15, 2018, at Memphis Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens, 3700 N Germantown PKY, Bartlett, TN 38133. |
