Christopher Henry Schwindt III, of Memphis, Tn., passed from this life on Wednesday, February 21, 2018. Chris was a high school graduate of Westwood Hgh School in Memphis, Tn. in 1971. He was a member of the Stonewall Lodge and worked for International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local Union 474 for 42 years.

He is survived by his wife of 32 years, Pamela Schwindt; his mother, LaVerne Schwindt; his daughters, Melissa Sumner (Chris), Laura Schwindt, and Christi Edwards; his sons, Danny Woodard and Chris Schwindt; his sisters, Mary, Margarette, and Suheyla; his brother, John and eight grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his father, Chris Henry Schwindt.

Visitation was held Tuesday, February 27 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. The funeral service was 10 AM, Wednesday, February 28, 2018 at Memphis Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens, where he will be laid to rest.

The family requests that any donations may be given to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
