Jackie died of a heart attack at the age of 53, Sunday, June 29, 2003 at the Dekalb Medical Center in Fort Payne, Alabama. He was a deacon at the New Salem Baptist Church in Iuka, Mississippi. He graduated from Westwood High School in Memphis, Tennessee and Northeast Mississippi Community College in Booneville, Mississippi. He was employed as a graphics illustrator for Heil Environmental for 18 years. He leaves his wife, Jolene, his mother, Bonnie Mae Arnold of Cartersville, Ga, son, Jacob Ryan, daughter, Amy Mince, brother, Tim Arnold of Cartersville, Ga and grandaughter, Molly Mince.He was preceded in death by his father, Talmadge and brother Jimmy Arnold.
