Melba Joyce Crain Wilbanks, 59, of Hernando, passed away Monday, July 23, 2007, at her home. She was laid to rest in Enterprise Cemetery in Enterprise, MS. Melba retired after 35 years as a beautician and she was of the Baptist Faith. She was preceded in death by her father, Hollis Crain. She is survived by her husband of 37 years, Joe "Danny" Wilbanks, her daughter, Christy Thornhill and her husband Joey; her step-son, Joe Wilbanks Jr. and his wife Debbie; 3 grandchildren, Logan Wilbanks, Heather Thornhill, and Joseph Thornhill. She is also survived by her mother Joyce Crain; 2 sisters Kathy Davis and Edna Bridges; her brother Gerald Crain; and numerous nieces, nephews, and special friends.
