Steven Davis Hoover, passed from this life at the age of 64 on April 6, 2019, in Memphis Tennessee. He was born on January 31, 1955, to his father, Carroll Hoover, and mother, Loretta Marie Crisp Hoover. He retired from Federal Express after 40 years.

Left to honor and cherish his memory are his wife, Diane Emmons Hoover; son, Brian (Nancy Katherine) Littleton of Memphis, TN; sisters, Joni Hoover of Memphis, and Laurie Woods of Memphis; and brothers, Bill Hoover of Memphis and Mike Hoover of Panama City, FL. Mr. Hoover has been blessed with one grandchild, Amber Littleton-Newcom. He also leaves his mother, Loretta Marie Crisp Hoover.

He was preceded in death by his father, Carroll Hoover.

Visitation with his family was held on Friday, April 12, 2019, from 1:00~2:00 p.m., with service following at 2:00 p.m. at Forest Hill Funeral Home, East on Whitten Road.
